well im looking for a good pmp/mp3 player shoot out. as ive been on this site all day im fully sure u guys are capable of a great shoot out article. i guess it could be done  pmps seperate from mp3s. then price ranges like top 5 in 100 and under class, top 5 in 100-200 class and so on. this would be a great help. and we need one to cap the 2009 year. anyway jus saying

Great suggestions. We are looking at implementing some of your suggestions (like a shoot out or comparison).  It's ventured beyond a thought. Won't be saying more on this for now...

We had thought about capping off 2009 with a player of the year, but we felt it was not right since the site hadn't covered every notable player since the beginning of the year. Always something for 2010  Wink

thats awesome. cant wait for that. i definately appreciate some of the other manufacturers getting some shine on here seeing as how i usually gravitate towards the different brands rather than all my apple toting friends. and i might say i could already predict how a top 5 would go down this year zunehd, apple, cowon sony 540 etc. but i  could be wrong.

I would say that for 2010, the Zune HD reigned supreme...an opinion of course.  Grin

yeah definately big fan of the zune owning the original onemyself. still not a fan of the software as far as putting music on the player. had alot of issues with adding new files and already loaded files dissapearing from the player. or i would sync 900 files at once and a good majority of them wouldnt transfer over.
