Since our revelation of the new Onda VX 575HD, further specifications have been leaked.  We have been informed that there should be a brief, formal announcement of Onda’s latest player within the next couple of days. Complete details will be made available in September.

The latest pictures of the device give us a better idea of the user interface.  Controls for the player are situated along the top-right-hand side of the device.   It appears that these controls are used to navigate around the UI – yes, this probably means no touchscreen technology.  The roller control navigates up/down the menus while the press button will be used to make selections.

The 575HD will feature a USB On-The-Go (OTG) port. This will support the ability to exchange data with a variety of devices including mobile phones, digital cameras, or other storage devices.

Hey there, I’m using Xubuntu Linux 9.4 and the Iceweasel 2.0 web browser, and your blog looks rather screwed up. Might want to look into it. Peace!

Funny that. Ran the same setup, and didn’t experience any problems.
